We offer housing for single chronically homeless disabled veterans. We have housing programs in Gwinnett and Clayton counties. Referrals from outside agencies and a homeless verification letter detailing homelessness history of the veteran are required.

If a veteran is interested in our Permanent Supportive Housing in Gwinnett County they must complete the HomeFirst Gwinnett Pre-Screen Application Form and let our agency know they have completed the form.
Our agency must receive a referral and a homeless verification letter from an outside agency. The homeless verification letter must detail the veteran’s history of homelessness.
Once enrolled in our program veterans will be required to pay a portion of the rent and a security deposit. Veterans will also be required to pay utilities and maintain renters insurance.
