Eligibility:

Be 18 or older. Be independent with assisted devices or accompanied by a personal assistant. Adults with an acquired brain injury who are motivated to engage in meaningful activities and collaborate with peers toward common goals. Membership requires funding resources to cover per-day service fees; potential funding sources include worker’s compensation carriers, state Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Independent Care Waiver Program of Medicaid.
