Residents of Rainbow Village have a safe housing community where dignity, self-respect, and hope are restored. Our programming guidelines for residents focuses on Family Stability, Well-being, Financial Management, Education & Training, and Employment & Career.
Eligibility:
Applicants must have at least one child under the age of 18. Program availability is extremely limited.
