Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational program offered by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) designed to support family caregivers in managing the challenges associated with caregiving. The program focuses on enhancing self-care behaviors, reducing stress, and improving confidence in coping with caregiving demands. Each weekly session lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is led by trained class leaders.
