Hopeful Housing LLC is a certified ILF housing program that supports social workers and families in housing individuals who are in critical need of a place to live.
Summary:
Our service includes a comprehensive assessment to help identify if we can properly serve an individual. This includes collaboration with social workers to identify and place their clients in a stable living environment. We also offer a Welcome Kit for new residents to give them a fresh start. That’s how we ensure that everyone has the bare necessities upon entry. Clients: Homeless, Veterans, Drug Addiction, Jail Release, Sex Offenders
