Ahimsa House became Georgia’s first and only organization dedicated to helping the human and animal victims of domestic violence reach safety together.
Summary:
We offer different ranges of programs designed to assist victims of domestic violence and their pets. Our programs include 24 hour statewide crisis line, veterinary care care for pets with injuries and other health conditions due to abuse, assistance in pet transportation, pet food, pet supplies, payment of pet deposits, safety planning, and legal advocacy for victims.
