We collaborate with food pantries, community kitchens, childcare facilities, night shelters, and senior centers, providing them with food and supplies. These partners, in turn, offer essential resources to over 600,000 individuals in our service area who face hunger and food insecurity. Our mission is to combat hunger by engaging, educating, and empowering our community. Although food distribution is our primary activity, our work goes much further. We fulfill our mission daily by engaging, educating, and empowering those in need and those eager to assist. The Food Bank offers numerous opportunities for involvement, from volunteering to helping individuals achieve economic stability.

Summary:

We collaborate with food pantries, community kitchens, childcare facilities, night shelters, and senior centers, providing them with food and supplies. These partners, in turn, offer essential resources to over 600,000 individuals in our service area

Eligibility:

Our donors comprise manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, brokers, restaurants, food drives, farmers, and private individuals. Our partner agencies can readily access the products by placing their orders online and scheduling a pickup or delivery. Upon arrival at the agency, the food is distributed to families and individuals who require assistance. If you need benefits or assistance, please contact our office.
Our benefits outreach team screens individuals and families for eligibility in several state and federal assistance programs, helping them secure assistance with food, healthcare, childcare and more.
