Able Housing Services Corp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Community Development Corporation dedicated to raising awareness and fostering development in underserved communities. Our emphasis lies on housing, food security, health and wellness, education, employment, financial literacy, transportation, and disaster relief. We offer training for youth, teens, and adults to acquire new skills that are sought after in today’s climate. This training is available both online and in-person, by appointment. Additionally, we provide tutoring services for youth to enhance the enjoyment and effectiveness of learning.
In Phase 1, the recipients are assessed and begin working on small goals depending on their situation. Some activities include health, wellness, and counseling. Goals are set and within 30 days or when the recipient achieves 90% completions, they move on to Phase 2, the “On My Way” Program.
