Having stable housing is an important step in becoming and staying healthy. We currently offer several housing programs to help clients keep their housing and prevent homelessness.
Services provided include rent, utility, mortgage, emergency hotel lodging, and move-in cost assistance. Staff will also provide a resource list and referrals to other agencies in the area.
Our maximum assistance limits are:
$4200 – Rent/Utility/Mortgage Assistance
$2000 – Move-In Assistance (deposits, administrative fees, and first month’s rent)
90-day Hotel Stay
*Housing assistance approval is based on patient eligibility and funding availability. Please call our Housing Line for an evaluation to determine if you qualify for any of our program.
