Description:

At Kaiser Permanente, we believe that everyone is entitled to high quality health care. We will continue to provide access to affordable health care coverage and services to individuals and families who do not qualify for a federal subsidy and cannot afford to purchase health insurance, as well as those who have no access to public health coverage programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, or PeachCare for Kids®.

When you are accepted into the Bridge Program, you are enrolled in the KP GA Gold 500 Ded/500 Rx Ded plan or KP GA Signature Gold 500 Ded/500 Rx Ded plan for your health coverage. You also get financial help in the following two ways:
Help paying all of your monthly premiums

Kaiser Permanente will subsidize the full monthly premium, so you have no monthly payment.
Help paying cost sharing services

You pay no out-of-pocket costs for most covered services that you receive at Kaiser Permanente medical offices. If you receive care somewhere other than Kaiser Permanente, in most cases you’ll have to pay the copays or out-of-pocket costs on your own.

Once you become a Kaiser Permanente member, you’ll be able to choose a physician who will provide personal care specific to your needs.

To make things easier, many of our locations have lab, radiology, and pharmacy services all in one place. And if you can’t come in during the day, some facilities offer evening and weekend hours. Learn more about the facilities in your area here.

Great health coverage benefits include:

Access to urgent care during night and weekends
Availability for same-day appointments
Ability to email your doctor, view lab results, make appointments, and order prescriptions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our online website and mobile application
Access to multiple health services, such as labs, pharmacy, and physician services, at one location
